Ask Masi presents a series of 4 webinars to de-mystify perinatal mental health for busy clinicians. These free, one-hour webinars will provide practical tips on how to incorporate perinatal mental health care into routine practice. Topics include screening and assessment, and management suggestions for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. During each webinar, participants will be presented with a real example of Ask Masi working in action and will be given relevant resources for their clinical practice.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
1. Describe time-efficient ways to screen for depression and anxiety and incorporate “high-yield” assessment questions into their practice.
2. Explain the stepped care approach to perinatal mental health and list at least two local resources available to their patients.
3. Ask Masi for support and collaboration to facilitate early intervention for their patients’ mental well-being.
